Background
When Satō became a boxer, he had his Class A License for a while. He sparred with Manabu Itagaki multiple times when the latter went on trips to other gyms. He once said that he would retire if his losses ever caught up to his wins.[1]
History
Part II
Seeking Heights Arc
Satō went to the Kōrakuen Hall to fight in his match that was an early undercard for the JBClightweight champion Sōshi Ōshima's title defence match against Shinobu Iga. Satō lost his match by knockout, possibly retiring as his losses caught up to his wins on his boxing record.

Boxing Abilities
Satō's punches seems to have notable power behind them, since according to Manabu Itagaki, if an opponent lets him throw too many punches, the result will be obvious.[2]
Etymology
- The name Satō means "assistant, help" (佐) (sa) and "wisteria" (藤) (tō).
