Summary

Ippo is shocked as Take arrives, appearing sick. Take fakes being sick to try and fool Ippo to let his guard down, however, Take is surprised that Ippo feels bad for him, but still wants to give it his all. After the weigh-in, Ippo is shocked to discover from Kamogawa and Yagi that Take being sick was an act to make Ippo act careless. Kamogawa expresses his disgust about the veteran using mind games like that and instructs Ippo to go all out from the start. At the Green Hotel, Take tells his coach how he wished faking being sick would have worked, but realises that Ippo is a good honest person who is careful to mind where he steps, which is why he will be able to get him. Take feels that even if plan A failed, he still has plan B and C.
